so I've been tracking my water intake again this week with this handy dandy app from Healthy100
love it, minor the fact that it doesnt reset itself every day but it's free so... I'll deal with it.
so yeah...I've been drinking more lemon water and sugar/caffeine free tea, and not counting it towards my daily intake. needless to say, I haven't been reaching my daily target.
Speaking of which, what are your thoughts on the new recommendation of drinking half your weight in oz?
If anyone were to ask me, I'd totally say track the lemon and sugar/caffeine free tea towards your daily intake, but yeah...I clearly like to set the unattainable guideline really high.
Would you count your lemon water and sugar-free, caffeine free tee towards your water intake?
