Seriously, go ahead
A few weeks ago, digitalrunning posted a call for a guest columnist and I applied because ya know, why not?!
You can't gain anything unless you ask, or put yourself out there, remember my new job? I got it because I showed interest playing a bigger role than what I had been doing.
Anywhoo.. I sort of forgot about the whole thing. It's sort of like applying for jobs and a month later you finally get the interview call, only that you can't remember what you applied for!
So I couldn't believe when I received the email that I made it to the semi-finale round!
And here is the announcement on their website!!! Can you see me?!
I'm still shell shocked.. I just can't get over the fact I was chosen as 1 of the 5, it's such a huge, huge honor they thought I could offer something valuable!
Next week starts the official "challenges" so I'll be bugging the heck out of you to vote for me! =)
Until then, I'll be counting my blessings that when I set my Priorities in June, I've been doing everything to work towards those.
Remember, if I can do it, so can you!
