Rebecca's Lunchbox: Trader Joe's Wintry Blend Coffee

Ladies and gents.. time for a Trader Joe's product review, it's been a while eh... paid for by moi...

Trader Joe's Wintry Blend.JPG

I saw this maybe 3 weeks ago and have put off buying it since I bought it sup-ah early last year and was sick of it by mid-December last year...

Pros:
  • Tastes like Christmas!
  • $6.99 per pound - isn't Starbucks $7.99 or even $8.99

Cons:
  • It's already ground! I prefer whole beans.. I'll get into this another day but I think they are truly more flavorable when freshly ground.
  • It's somewhat weak therefore you need more
It's a tie but you better believe as of tomorrow I'll be drinking it again!!! Yay!!!

Anyone else try it?
Any other Christmas coffee I should try?
Any other seasonal Trader Joe product I should I try?

Don't forget my previous review of the Trader Joe Cranberry Apple Butter. It too is only seasonal!!!

  1. Hi Rebecca
Thanks for your comments on my blog! I think you had 2 questions, so I figured I'd answer you after reading your post today. (BTW, I've never had TJ's Christmas coffee. Right now, I'm drinking Archer Farms (Target) Maple Vanilla and S'Mores...alternating days, not together! I'm with you, I like to grind whole beans...it makes a world of difference.
I go back and forth between Russia and the States every school break...about every 8 weeks or so. It was part of the deal I struck with Mr. Debbie in moving here...
We are originally Canadian, so we actually had Thanksgiving back in October. It was the last day of the 30 Day Shred, so I was particularly thankful!

    Have a great Thanksgiving weekend!
