Lunch at Rai Rai Ramen
My dad normally gets some sort of chicken dish and since the owner seems to know my dad he quickly told us that they were known for their ramen dishes, and since I had no clue what to get (remember: trying to eat healthy for 3/4 ths of my meals while on vaca and I wasn't really in the mood for 'Chinese' I took the chef's word and ordered a bowl of ramen noodles. The Wonton special.

Nate ordered it as well, but got something with snow cabbage.

I think I ate a 1/4th of the bowl whereas Nate ate his entirely!! I wasn't a huge fan of it but am glad I got to try to it! Nate, well, he channeled his inner-Asian and lurrrrrved it!
and since the owner new we weren't from around herrrrrr, he even brought out a speciality seaweed salad that is supposed to be healthier for you than the other stuff.

well, it definitely wasn't as good as the other seaweed salad since it was solely vinegar and tons of garlic. holy moly... we definitely didn't have to worry about any vampires. would i get it again, no.
Dinner: Jose Tejas and if ya'll all saw my Tweet, you'll know I may or may not have left with unbuttoned pants. ;)
only pic of the night:

so, what did we eat... we ordered an appetizer, chorizo mexicana. It was basically chorizo sausage with melted cheese. Delish although probably very, very bad for you. We each had 1 serving. Then for dinner, Nate and I shared a single serving fajitas which equaled 2 per person. I was so stuffed by then I brought one of mine home. whew... like i said, I may or may not have unbuttoned my pants.
tomorrow = Philadelphia!!!
see ya'll tomorrow!
love the food pics! Funny that you got different things despite ordering the same. Good luck with the eating! I'm trying to eat well on our trip to, we'll see how it goes!
