just havent really felt like blogging much, which seems to be a growing trend on the web. that and lack of motivation...which, i too am afflicted with.
i keep on mentioning this, partially because i need to get it, ya know. i can talk about it until i am blue in the face but i'm not living it yet.
weekends are NOT free for alls!!
seriously...i'm bouncing around wtih the same 4 - 5 lbs because of my free for all weekends, so.........my plan for the rest of this month is no drinking!! and eating healthily, if/when we go out, which i really am trying not to.
mainly because we dont really need it but secondly because wow...are we saving some crazy money by NOT going out. it's truly amazing how expensive it is to go out. i guess my way of 'cutting back' without it truly impacting my life.

ReplyDeletei've been there too - though i don't look at my weekends as free-for-alls, i certainly haven't been tracking and it's killing me! i should've made more progress since january, but such is life - nothing is perfect or guaranteed... the only way that i'm going to see results, is if i really 'work' the program - end of story... let's find our motivation together! :)
