I cant believe its already day 5, that means i only have 36 more days?! holy shiyat.. i cant believe it but oh lord, am i energized! seriously, who knew having a 'deadline' would get my ass into gear!

shoot..i may actually have to adjust my goal! i'm not doing anything crazy.. i only switched back to Phase 1 for 2 days and yesterday was my first day where i tracked every. single. morsel. so, i honestly think my 'plateau' was me consuming too many cals. yes... i say that now, knowing what i have been approximately eating. hot damn... 1700 cals isn't a whole lot... or let me rephrase... i would love to know how much i had been eating!
I started out slowly on Tuesday, elipticizing at home. Wednesday I tried a pilates class and thereafter did some stair climbing and then yesterday I re-started Jillian's workout. Yup, I ditched out in week 5 and am now back to week 1.. but thats ok.
i miscalculated on Wednesday, I actually had sweets on Monday...oooppssiie, but since then sweetless and it is fab-u-LESS!!! seriously.
on that note, i dont have anything planned yet for this weekend which is good. i dont want any temptation. i wanna make it through the weekend maintaining.
